We have 30 years experience in the property maintenance sector. Including 10 years in the damp-proofing and timber decay industry.
Our services cover a broken lock to full refurbishment.
At present we are sub-contracting to a national commercial property management firm, carrying out minor and major repairs on shops and offices. We are also maintaining a growing domestic property portfolio.
Our current workload includes refurbishment of flatted properties, replacing or repairing gutters, home improvements and roofing contracts.

Electrical contractors, who can advise on safer alternatives and carry out work to our high standards.
Plumbing and heating installers, make sure your domestic and commercial plumbing and gas supply is working correctly and safely.
Roofing contractors - we use reliable and prompt contractors, who can be available for support of our staff where needed.
Joinery - we have our own joinery team to work on your property. We can take care of the property from a new lock to full refurbishment.
Glazing - we use reliable and tidy glazing contractors who will work alongside our team and can provide full window frame replacement in timber, aluminium or PVCu, or provide your property a secure board-up while new glass is supplied.
We always check over our sub-contractor work before we submit our final invoice. All mistakes are required to be corrected in good time.
As we specialise in multiple owner properties, we can do all the hard work in negotiating with separate owners, obtaining and notifying of quotes, contract approval and tendering invoices to each owner after each stage of the work is completed.
Where necessary, we can liaise with other contractors to provide seamless flow in work as it progresses.
We can also use our solicitor to enforce contractual disputes.
Insurance paid works tend to be difficult to manage. We can take out the heartache by negotiating with the insurance company for settlement and only invoice you for the excess payment.
Cleaning and Maintenance
We have our own cleaning contractors who will carry out builder cleans, communal areas and change of tenancy. We can also supply house maid service for holiday rentals.
