Genius Property - is a division of JC Crook. We are maintenance specialists. We offer a multi disciplinary approach with a core team, which is supplemented with specialist approved sub contractors. Our experience with construction and remedial works allows us to provide sound advice and service.

The proprietor, John C. Crook, has been involved in various areas of the construction and maintenance industry since 1980.

Today we have a growing but select client list and concentrate on supplying maintenance services and consultations for these.

In April 2010, Genius Property and Genius Designing became divisions of JC Crook, so the combined companies will work together on your project. Our Genius Designing division caters for the furniture needs of our customers, including furniture, joinery and garden based products. Genius Property can provide the site based services associated with the installations of our products and much more.

Our Genius Property division is equipped to provide day-to-day on site maintenance, complete renovations of houses, flatted developments and commercial property, including liaising with sub contractors, property managers and professional advisers.

We work with our clients to promote reactive and proactive maintenance at a price they can easily afford due to foresight of potential problems and the licence to plan over time any maintenance costs and activity.

We can therefore, by property management, conduct regular inspections, predict the cost of repairs and save our clients' funds, allowing room for more improvements and profitable ownership, thereby progressively increasing the value of their portfolio.
