Genius Property - is a division of JC Crook.

The proprietor, John C. Crook, has been involved in various areas of the construction and maintenance industry since 1980.

Today we have a growing but select client list and concentrate on supplying maintenance services and consultations for these.

In April 2010, Genius Property and Genius Designing became divisions of JC Crook, so the combined companies will work together on your project.

As our Genius Designing division caters for the furniture needs of our customers, we are able to provide the site based services associated with the installations of the furniture and garden based products manufactured by them.
